The guy from Civil War II that "uses math to predict the future with a high degree of accuracy" sounds a lot like the Mad Thinker, and Reed Richards has done it too. How come this person is suddenly important when characters have been predicting the future with accuracy for years? Especially since superheroes have these things called time machines. Why have superheroes never had this debate until now?
